AUTOMATISCHE TEST OPLOSSINGEN
T&M Systems heeft in het leveringsprogramma test systemen op het gebied van MDA (manufacturing defects analysers), in-circuit, functioneel, inclusief boundary scan functionaliteit, optische inspectie, X-Ray inspectie en flying probe testoplossingen voor de PCB productie- en serviceindustrie. Daarnaast heeft T&M Systems PCI, VXI, PXI, LXI switch, instrumentatie en utility modules voor het samenstellen van applicatiegerichte testsystemen.
Met optische inspectie en X-Ray inspectie ook non destructive material testing en non contact 2D en 3D metingen uit te voeren.
